If you are having difficulty logging onto the HAQ site, please insure the following:

  • Contact your healthcare provider and insure you are using the correct login and password.
  • The password and login are case sensitive; Abcd is different than abcd.
  • Please contact your healthcare provider and insure their office specifically registered you for the HAQ site. (If the office has a meta-eHealth site, registering with that site does not automatically register you for the HAQ site). I.e., your meta-eHealth login/password may not be the same as your HAQ login/password.

    If you are still unable to log onto the site after contacting your healthcare provider, please make your healthcare providerís office aware and they can contact the HAQ site technical support group.
