If you cannot log onto the site (wrong login and password notice), please insure the following:
The password and login are case sensitive; Abcd is different than abcd.
The login/password used when the accounts were recreated is the default information we had on record. Your office may have changed or updated the information. Please contact Meta-eHealth support so we can update your account information. This also goes for contact information such as business name, address, or email address. Please contact technical support if your email address has recently changed.
If you have an eCommerce (Meta-eHealth) account, your login/password may or may not be the same as your HAQ account information. Again, please contact technical support to have this resolved.
